Support and other services
We pride ourselves on the level of service we offer our customers.
Customer care: This is a priority at PMSC, whether the customer is a one-man consultancy or a multi-million pound turnover business. We care greatly about our reputation for quality and for making sure our customers are fully satisfied with the whole spectrum of our services.
UK customers: We are based in the UK, 96% of our business is here and we offer a high level of commitment to the UK market, where we have a first class reputation for support.
Overseas customers: The speed and quality of our email and telephone support is greatly appreciated by our overseas customers. We have been pleased to meet some of them for training purposes when they have been visiting the UK.
Specific support
Support Options:
Users with no Support Agreement there is a 0900 premium Help Line. An annual Telephone Support Agreement costs £45 plus VAT (prepaid)
Registration:
First registration is free - but further installs have to be through the 0900 Help Line
Helpline: Our helpline is manned 8 hours a day (9am-5pm) by human beings, not electronic messaging systems. 99% of all queries are resolved in 2 minutes. There are often people available out of hours and you can try ringing us at any time of the day - even weekends - we cannot guarantee an out of office hours service.
You can arrange out of hours support if possible - if you are on a Support Agreement.
We have knowledgeable software experts on our help desk as well as our IT support team and project management consultants.
Problem resolution: Any bugs in the software (few are found) are corrected immediately and the client's software updated for all users with a Support Agreement or within your 30 days free period.
Sales and upgrades
Direct sales: Buying directly from PMSC cuts out any middlemen and helps to keep prices low. From your first purchase to possibly later extending your licence or acquiring upgrades, the process is simple and all orders are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Upgrades: We keep in step with ever-advancing requirements by upgrading our software on average two or three times a year, ensuring wherever possible that upgrades are compatible with existing popular versions of Windows.
You can purchase upgrades as and when required.
Consultancy: Our project management experts are happy to advise on the optimal use of our software in any situation. If required we will consider customising our software to meet your requirements. |
