We offer the option of a money back guarantee if the software is proven to be faulty and we cannot correct the fault within 14 days.

The fault must be reported within 7 days of the first installation of the software and PMSC must agree that the fault would not have been apparent in the demo version and the fault is not caused by incorrect installation or lack of knowledge on how to use the software features correctly by the user.

Since we offer a free demo version, we expect the client to fully evaluate that the software is capable of achieving the result required.

No guarantee is offered on special discounted price offers such as Google Adwords and will offer no refunds where the client simply decides to change his/her mind after purchase.
